IMPORTANT NOTICE IMG has concluded the up dating of DARD as of 31st December 2005
- The scope of The Damage Assessment and Reconstruction Database (DARD) has been limited to the following sectors: Water, Energy, Sewage and Solid Waste, Education, Private Housing, Palestinian Authority ministries and institutions, Municipalities and Village councils. (Other PA Ministries and/or international organisations undertook the assessments of sector agriculture, cultural heritage, private sector, etc.)
- The data collected for the DARD was provided by the diverse municipalities, village councils and PA institutions. The data has been screened according an established IMG procedure before being entered in the DARD. Damages already repaired at the time of data collection were not included in the database.
The DARD was regularly updated following its creation on 1st June 2002 until 31st December 2005. However, the following sectors were not updated after November 2002: the PA ministries, institutions and municipalities and village councils.

Damage Assessment and Reconstruction Database is a dynamic
database. The list of damages since September 2002 was updated
regularly:

damages and development projects are listed
·
Repaired
and funded projects are omitted from the list of damages and
transferred to a list of funded projects.
